Infused Sips, LLC (d/b/a NeuroBean) (“we”) respects intellectual property rights. Quizjolt lets users share quiz challenges that are published on this website. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).
1. Designated agent
Send infringement notices to our designated agent:
Dariel Cordero, Designated Copyright Agent
Infused Sips, LLC (d/b/a NeuroBean)
10411 Motor City Drive, Suite 750, Bethesda, MD 20817
Email: onequations@gmail.com
2. What a notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and enough information to locate it (for example, the full challenge URL).
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
3. What happens next
When we receive a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the user who shared it. Shared challenges also expire automatically 30 days after creation.
4. Counter-notification
If you believe material you shared was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Infused Sips, LLC (d/b/a NeuroBean) may be found) and to accept service of process from the complainant. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that it has filed a court action.
5. Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, block users who repeatedly share infringing material from creating shared challenges.
6. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
